Well, maybe not actual unicorn tears, just priced the same. It has been about 8k since the last oil change, so hopefully it hasn’t developed a taste for another expensive item. It already loves to eat throttle position actuators.

The S65 is pretty well known to drink oil. I usually add about a liter between changes

I’ve heard that, I was hoping I got one that didn’t. I’ve had the car 2.5 years now and this is the first time I’ve had to add oil.

It’s most likely just Blow by, check the PVC valve....or what ever performs that same function on the S65.

I burned a qt every 1500 at best. You’ll find no sympathy here:)

Rod bearings burning a little oil?

JK, mine has done that a couple times because it took it’s measurement when I wasn’t on level ground. 20 mins later the level was right in the middle. I would still add half a qt to be safe if you’re home.

It happened yesterday, and I was on level highway, so I think it was actually low. I added some to be safe.

Might want to get a blackstone report on that when you change it... Not to be pessimistic. How much longer are you going to go before changing it anyway?
